09:00 am Arrive to Thieng Lieng Island, welcoming the group at the ferry bridge, each guest will receive 1 conical hat, Take a souvenir photo of Thieng Lieng Island welcome gate; get 1 bicycle for each guest and start the journey to visit Thieng Lieng with the following activities:
– Visitors can easily feel the typical ecological landscape of the island hamlet with the characteristic green river view, you will enjoy the special water coconut ice cream exclusively at Thieng Lieng Island hamlet. Along with that, you immerse yourself in the existential space of memories with delicately arranged items, clearly understand the lively structure of the locality, especially the unique and open cultural convergence.
– Relax through foot bath with granulated salt and traditional herbs, and learn the process of processing specialties of Thieng Lieng salt in particular and Can Gio in general. Visitors approach and feel the added value from the local people’s orchard ecosystem through: “every season, every drink”.
– Enjoy and learn the process of making some typical Southern cakes from local pure natural ingredients, experience and learn about the salt-making profession of the Thieng Lieng Island salt-marsh community.
– Find out the additional livelihood of the inhabitants of the island hamlet through local cattle raising, check in with the goats of the island hamlet associated with the typical salt field landscape in Thieng Lieng.
– Check in the welcome gate “Doi Tamarind”, enjoy the specialty of salted lemonade, checkin the “five-color” house with unique local art architecture. Enjoy the sen and zither of folk artisans, and learn about the art of Don Ca Tai Tu of the people of Thieng Lieng Island.
